Now that the weather is good we are seeing more and more potential buyers coming back to Big Bear, roads are open, boating is in full swing and the fishing is absolutely wonderful.  We are now entering into our busy period and all indications are that more and more sales will and are happening, prices remain somewhat depressed but this creates a climate of even more sales, buyers making offers and buying property. True there are many foreclosures looming out there but Big Bear is somewhat of an exception in that we are not "flooded" with them. This is absolutely the best time, I have seen in my real estate career, to purchase that "Dream Cabin" in the woods, there will never be a better time, Real Estate has always been a good investment, and Big Bear builds memories, there is not a dollar value that can be placed on family memories.
